We work with cannabis operators who need practical help — not slide decks. That includes pre-license startups building their first facility, established operations looking to fix margins, and brands preparing for market expansion. Most clients are in Oregon, but the systems we build are designed to work anywhere.
What we cover
Our advisory work covers four areas: startup planning and licensing strategy, cultivation systems and facility design, SOP development and team training, and profitability analysis with turnaround support. Each engagement is scoped to what the operator actually needs.

John Hall runs Oregon Greens — the same cultivation, retail relationships, and compliance challenges every operator faces. Advisory recommendations come from someone actively operating in the same market, not from an outside consultant who has never managed a grow room.
