Site copy, photography, illustrations, and code are owned by Oregon Greens Enterprises or licensed to us. You may share links freely. Republishing full pages or photography requires written permission — ask first.
Strain names referenced on the site may be trademarks of their respective breeders. We use them descriptively to discuss what is in our garden.
Anything you submit through the contact form, you confirm is yours to share. By sending it you grant us permission to read, store, and respond to it.
Section 4
No direct sale.
Oregon Greens does not sell cannabis through this website. We do not deliver. We do not ship. We do not accept payment for product on this domain.
All flower is sold through licensed Oregon retail dispensaries listed at /find-us. Verify license, age, and ID at the point of sale.
Advisory services are arranged off-site through the contact form. Specific scope and pricing are agreed in writing.

Disclaimers & liability.
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep cultivar profiles, stockist lists, and editorial notes accurate, but inventory, store hours, and lab data change — verify with the retailer before traveling.
Cannabis affects people differently. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical question, consult a qualified clinician.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Oregon Greens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, US. Disputes go to the state and federal courts of Marion County, Oregon.
