Oregon Greens Enterprises LLC ("Oregon Greens," "we," "us") runs this website for adults 21 and over. We try to keep this short and honest. If you have a question this page does not answer, email us at oregongreensent@gmail.com.

What we collect.
Age verification. We store a flag on your device confirming you entered a birth year that is 21 or older. The birth year itself is not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Contact form data. If you fill out the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, email, the inquiry type, and your message.
Anonymous analytics. Aggregate page views, referrer, country, browser family, and approximate session shape. We do not link this to your identity.
Server logs. Standard web traffic logs (IP, user agent, requested path) are kept short-term by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it.
We use the contact form data to reply to your inquiry. If you ask about retail, advisory, or press, the message is read by an Oregon Greens team member and answered directly.
Anonymous analytics tell us what content people read most so we can prioritize cultivar pages, store updates, and operator notes. We do not use this data to retarget you with ads.
The age-verification flag lets you skip the age gate on return visits from the same browser. It is local to your device.
Section 5
Your rights.
You can ask us to confirm what contact-form data we have about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your record. Email oregongreensent@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We answer within 30 days.
We do not knowingly collect data from people under 21. If you believe a minor used the site, email us and we will remove the record.
